Step 3 ✉ Order Confirmed

We'll begin braiding once you've confirmed the order and made the payment
(the payment method and time may be negotiated)
※ Reminder: Orders less than 3,000 yards take about less than 1 week to complete (shipping time excluded), while orders more than 3,000 yards will take longer. Don't worry, we'll give you a time notice prior to manufacturing.
Step 4 ✉ Yarn Dying

We work closely with yarn providers in giving you shoelaces and strings of the expected colors
Step 5 ✉ Lace Braiding

We'll begin the braiding process once the yarns are collected and proven high-quality
Step 6 ✉ 1st Quality Check

We'll go through the first inspection to dismiss all tarnished and/or damaged items
Step 7 ✉ Further Processing

We send our laces in good condition to further processing stops, including waxing, calendering, waterproofing, washing and ironing, head tipping, and etc.
Step 8 ✉ 2nd Quality Check

We'll go through the second inspection for all further processed laces
Step 9 ✉ Packaging & Delivery

We'll quickly pack and deliver the goods to you after they passed the quality check
