As a shoelaces braiding and straps webbing company for more than 27 years of experiences, Machien Industry now owns two manufacturing plants with over 1,000 braiding-related machines. These machines help us produce laces of various patterns, sizes, fabrics, lengths, as well as functions. Some of the machines include traditional shoelace-making machines, high-speed computerized knitting machines, high speed webbing machines, sewing machines, computerized jacquard machines, hot-cutting machines, lace-tipping machines, industrial-use washing machines, waxing machines.

Besides two manufacturing sites, Machien Industry also owns a Business Cooperation & Product Innovation Center for communications and product-design purposes.

As the company expands in scale, we've also successively introduced newer technologies and equipment to our manufacturing sites, including knitting and embroidery machines, and even dozens used specifically for lace-tipping, lace-brushing, and product packaging.
Since the grand opening of our newest factory base in early 2022, we have tested and piloted an intelligent warehouse system. This is to help boost our manufacturing and delivery speeds while maintaining our usual top-quality productions.
We'll continue to expand our textile processing techniques as well as facilities so as to tailor to the needs of each individual customer.
